Join me for an 8 week beginners hula hooping course!
Hoop dance is a fun, full-body work out that is sure to get your heart pumping and abs burning! This class will focus on building your waist hoop stamina as well as learning some fun beginner hoop tricks that make for awesome party tricks!
No previous experience required! I’ll provide adult sized dance hoops for ultimate hoop success for every body!
- Eight 1 hour hoop dance classes
- Learn a complete hoop dance sequence over the course of 8 weeks
- Hoop fitness workouts with an emphasis on building waist hoop stamina at the start of each class
- Join our private facebook group where I will share short videos going back over the tricks we’ve learned so you can practice at home
