Hula Hooping Course

Looking for a fun way to stay fit this winter?

Join me for an 8 week  beginners hula hooping course!

Hoop dance is a fun, full-body work out that is sure to get your heart pumping and abs burning! This class will focus on building your waist hoop stamina as well as learning some fun beginner hoop tricks that make for awesome party tricks!

No previous experience required! I’ll provide adult sized dance hoops for ultimate hoop success for every body!

Hooping is such a fun way to stay fit, burn calories, improve your coordination and build your confidence which is why I’m so passionate about sharing the hoop-love with others!

Classes will take place every Tuesday, 7-8pm between 2 July – 20 August at Wilford School.
Here’s what you’ll get:
  • Eight 1 hour hoop dance classes
  • Learn a complete hoop dance sequence over the course of 8 weeks
  • Hoop fitness workouts with an emphasis on building waist hoop stamina at the start of each class
  • Join our private facebook group where I will share short videos going back over the tricks we’ve learned so you can practice at home
The price for the term will be $150- for the 8 weeks or pay $170 and you’ll receive your own hoop so you can practice at home (that’s a $15 discount off your hoop!)!
Due to space restrictions there’s a limit of 10 participants for this term so be sure to secure your spot fast! Bookings are confirmed once payment has been made. To secure your spot please email gloriajow@gmail.com
Please note that this term will only go ahead with a minimum of 4 participants. Should it not go ahead due to low numbers you will of course be refunded the full amount.
