Mums and Bubs Exercise Classes

An exercise class for mothers with babies and/or toddlers. The exercises are designed so that they can be performed by mum with bubs or using weights for resistance. Sessions focus on functional workouts involving movements used in everyday life. Building endurance, regaining core strength, improving posture and flexibility with a combination of strength training, cardiovascular, abdominal exercises and stretching.
Classes run every Tuesday and Thursday during school term, 11.30am-12.30pm.
